We do not ask you to send full card details or CVV information through our ordinary website inquiry form.
Where online card payment is available, customers should use the approved payment provider identified in Roselands’ written booking communication.
If you receive an unexpected request to change bank or payment instructions, do not rely only on that email or message.
Independently verify any change using the phone number or contact information published on roselandssafaris.com before sending funds.
Roselands will never object to a customer pausing a payment in order to verify instructions.
